Common problems

More answers in the FAQ.

My vehicle shows as offline

Trackers report over the mobile network, so a vehicle in an area without signal, or one whose battery has been disconnected, will show offline until it reconnects. If it stays offline after the vehicle is back in coverage with power, contact us with the registration number.

I am not receiving alerts

Check that notifications are allowed for the tracking app in your phone's settings, and that the alert is switched on in the app. If both are correct, contact us and we will check the alert configuration on your account.

I have forgotten my login details

Contact us from the phone number registered on your account and we will help you regain access.

I am selling my vehicle or moving the tracker

Contact us before the sale or removal. We will advise on transferring or closing the account and, where possible, removing or re-installing the tracker.

Faults and warranty

Report a fault or make a warranty claim

  1. Step 01

    Contact us

Call, WhatsApp or email with your registration number, the device IMEI if you have it, and a description of the fault.

  2. Step 02

    Diagnosis

We check the device remotely where possible, and book a technician visit if needed.

  3. Step 03

    Repair or replacement

Faulty equipment is repaired or replaced according to the terms in your quote.
