Installation
Professional installation is required. The unit is wired to the vehicle's power supply and, where immobilisation is included, to the starting circuit. We test the tracker and immobiliser with you before handover.

Can I install the tracker myself?
We do not recommend it. Wiring into the vehicle's power and starting circuits needs care, and a poor connection can cause faults. Our technicians install and test every unit.
What is the IMEI number for?
Each tracking unit has a unique IMEI. We use it to register the unit to your account, and you will need it if you ever contact support about the device.
